San Diego Engagement Session | California Wedding Photographer

Balboa park is one of my favorite spots as a San Diego engagement photographer because there is so so so much variety of backgrounds and scenery! No matter what my couple is looking for we are sure to find it in Balboa Park in San Diego for their engagement photos.

Ha & David had their first date at a Japanese Garden in San Francisco. Since then, they always take the time to visit new arboretums and gardens wherever their travel adventures take them. I’m so glad we did their photos in Balboa Park! It was an overcast and slightly rainy day, but we all had a great time exploring the gardens and scenery at the park. Ha & David are a sweet couple. They were a bit nervous and had never taken professional photos together before but they did so great! I was able to help them feel comfortable and relaxed so they could have a great time together.

These next few photos were taken in my favorite spot in the whole park: The Palm Forest! It just feels like you’re in a tropical paradise and is so lush. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you ever visit!
